The design is based on the logic of the surrounding urban structure and its goal is to create a unique design that will blend seamlessly with the surroundings. It develops the justification of historic and newly built buildings and adapts to the scale and rhythm of neighboring buildings. The orientation of the street facades, the correlation with the heights and geometry of the adjacent cornices, as well as the choice of materials and tonalities from the surroundings, serve as the main creative inspiration for the design.

The design is based on a basic abstract scheme of three different containers placed on a common base. Each container has a different shape and size, but all three come from the same base. The common base embraces all three volumes. Defines a new important point in the territory.

STUDENT SCHOOL CAMPUS
Last year, Mnichovo Hradiště announced a narrower architectural competition for the completion of the Studentská school complex. The task was to design a new wing with classrooms for the upper level, a pavilion for the lower level, a new dining hall and a sports hall.
Our proposal took 3rd place and we congratulate our colleagues from @svobodovablaha on the win and wish them a successful implementation!

MULTIPURPOSE SPORTS HALL
"The location and assignment was perfect. Not only a classic sports hall, but also an outdoor tribune, facilities for outdoor sports and combining all of this into one operational unit.
For us, the most interesting part of the work was the possibility to work with the object not as a solitaire, but to let it grow into the surroundings thanks to the terrain. The possibility of dividing the athletes' and spectators' operations by height is unique in this case and difficult to achieve in a normal solution."

Cable car from PODBABA to BOHNICE
The Czech studio of architects in connection with the studio Olgoj Chorchoj finished in second place in the competition. 23 applicants applied for the competition, five advanced to the finals, who subsequently prepared competition proposals.

The subject of the Competition was the elaboration of an architectural design of a multi-functional building with apartments in V Botanice Street for the needs of rental housing in the capital. city of Prague.
The subject of the Competition was also the development of a proposal for a solution for the immediate surroundings of the multifunctional building and the adjacent public space, which will be used for further coordinated progress in the locality.
